Role is to carry out all duties associated with the requirements of a Community Regeneration Charity in accordance with the aims and objectives of the organisation. To develop sustainable community regeneration projects in keeping with the perceived and expressed needs of the community.
To recruit and manage personnel to deliver the projects, programmes and services. To work in Partnership with all organisations and agencies that have a base in or provide a service that meets the needs of the residents of Sandfields.

ROLES: Core administration and management of business systems of reporting, communication, up-to-date financial reporting and monitoring of projects, services and programmes. Lease management and management of buildings portfolios.

Projects Development Manger
Roles: To work along side Communities First capacity building staff engaged in capacity building, supporting small groups with Communities First trust applications drawing together a Capacity Building plan and Community Development Plan for Sandfields; with the aim of preparing extensive project briefs and business plans necessary to inform proposals and bids in preparation for the implementation phase of the delivery of the Sandfields Neighbourhood Plan 2004/2007 as it unfolds. To work with partner organisations to ensure complimentary development of projects within the themes of Communities First in Sandfields.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE MANAGER
Role: The role of the Centre Manager will be to maintain and generate partnership working to meet the needs of groups and organisations who have a base in or work with various sections of the community tackling problems of disadvantage or for the mainstream self help needs on the estate. To create an environment in the centre that is attractive to community organisations and residents for sustainable community activities and facilities.
